Im sorry I have been away for so long, I've been going to the worst creative block in the history of creative blocks 🥲 I guess I havent fully recovered from the passing of my fur baby.

Ive been wanting to go back to painting portraits, should I? Let me know what you think, of course I will still paint flora & fuana since I absolutely love that ♥️

I miss who I used to be 🥲 hopefully I'll be back soon 🙏

Painted a little slice of the cosmos, our beautiful moon, and my favourite giant, Jupiter ❤️ for those interested, tomorrow is the anual Taurid meteor shower 😍 which will look like falling stars, so find a nice dark place far from light pollution for a better chance to see them, and let me know if you managed to see a meteor 🌟

After some difficult times since my dog passed away, I felt myself falling into a bit of a creative block. 💔
What always helps me reconnect is painting something simple but full of color — so I went with these vibrant poison dart frogs 🐸💚🧡

Thank you for staying with me, you are the best ♥️

The full tutorial (both videos!) is up on my website — link in bio 🎨✨

I'm so sorry I've been so absent lately, I've been going thought some difficult times. I had to take the very hard desition to put my baby to sleep, and I finally gathered the strength to let you guys know. He was with me for 10 years, I don't know his age exactly because I adopted him adult, found him in the street in my home country, Mexico, and he was very sick, we didn't think he was gonna make it, but he gave me 10 amazing years, he passed away in my lap, in his home and as you can imagine I'm completely heartbroke and had to take sometime to collect myself.

Because of this, I am a little late with my video this month. Please give me just a couple more days, I’m working on it, and in September we’ll have two videos 🙏 Thank you so much for your patience, your support, and your understanding during this very difficult time. It means the world to me

I will miss you forever Orión ♥️

I loved working on this project so much, I went a little out of my comfort zone with the background, I usually like really messy backgrounds because I like to think that even mistakes can be beautiful so whenever I make one in a painting I just go with it and make some splatters haha but this time I went with a pencil background, what do you think? I'd love to hear your opinions 🙏

Is been so long since I wanted to paint a Nautilus shell 😍 the thing that inspires me to paint it is that the spiral of the nautilus shell follows the Fibonacci sequence — or golden ratio — often called the "mathematical formula of beauty." ✨
It’s a pattern that shows up again and again in nature, in places where balance, harmony, and aesthetic appeal seem to naturally occur.

You’ll find it not just in seashells, but also in sunflower heads, succulents, hurricanes, and even galaxies. 🌻🌪️🌌

Painting this piece has been a meditative experience — a quiet way to connect with these universal patterns.
Part 2 is coming soon 😍

Wishing you all a great, creative weekend — and thanks so much for following along with my art 💙✨

Just finished my new painting video and I’m so excited to share it with you! 🤩
It’s a 3-part series (about 4 hours total — I know, it’s a long one!😅)

Here’s what’s inside:
• Part 1: Step-by-step tutorial on painting 1 sunflower and 1 daisy
• Part 2: Time-lapse of the remaining sunflower + 2 more daisies
• Part 3: Adding the butterfly, background, and final touches with detailed instructions.

All 3 parts — plus the outline — are included in the price, now with 30% discount ❤️
Link in bio if you want to check it out!

I’d love to hear what you think of the final result.
Also, do you prefer these larger compositions, or should I focus on one subject at a time next time? Let me know your thoughts 😁
